STEP 1: Join the Best Buds Text List
Before making your purchase, join the:

Why this matters:
We use the Best Buds list to securely match raffle entries with our nightly sales reports. This ensures every qualifying purchase is properly tracked and fairly counted.
Your information is not sold or shared.
It is used strictly to verify:
• Who entered
• How many entries were earned
• That all purchases are accurately cross-referenced
If you make a purchase without joining the text list first, we may not be able to match your entry correctly.
STEP 2: Make a $75+ Purchase
After joining the Best Bud's List, make a qualifying purchase of $75 or more in a single transaction.
Every $75 increment equals one raffle entry.
Examples:
• $75 = 1 entry
• $150 = 2 entries
• $225 = 3 entries
• $300 = 4 entries
There is no limit to how many entries you can earn.
You do not need separate transactions.
We automatically divide your total into $75 increments.

• In-store at any Rebud location
STEP 3: Entries Are Logged Nightly
At the end of each business day, all qualifying purchases are cross-referenced with the Best Buds text list.
This ensures:
• Accurate entry totals
• No missing tickets
• No duplicate entries
• Full transparency
Your entries are securely logged until the drawing.
STEP 4: Stay Subscribed for Winner Announcement
The winner will be announced Saturday at 12PM via text to the Best Buds list.
If you are not subscribed at the time the winner notification is sent, you will not receive the claim link and will not know if you were selected.
We do not call winners.
We do not email winners.
Notification is text-only.
We recommend saving our number to your contacts to avoid missing the message.
STEP 5: Claim Within 24 Hours
Three names will be drawn Saturday morning:
• Grand Prize Winner
• Runner-Up #1
• Runner-Up #2
At 12PM Saturday, the Grand Prize Winner receives a private claim link via text.
The winner has 24 hours (until Sunday at 12PM) to claim digitally.
If unclaimed, the prize automatically transfers to Runner-Up #1, then Runner-Up #2 under the same 24-hour terms.
This structured system prevents delays and ensures fairness.
3. RAFFLE TIMELINE
Entry Period:
Begins Friday 2/27
Ends Friday 3/06 at 10PM PST
Drawing:
Saturday morning (3 names selected at the same time)
Announcement:
Saturday at 12PM PST via text to the Best Buds list

4. WINNER SELECTION PROCESS
Three names will be randomly selected Saturday morning:
• Grand Prize Winner
• Runner-Up #1
• Runner-Up #2
At 12PM Saturday, the Grand Prize Winner will receive a private digital claim link via text.
The winner has 24 hours to claim the prize.
The claim window closes Sunday at 12PM PST.
If the Grand Prize Winner does not claim within 24 hours, the prize automatically transfers to Runner-Up #1.
Runner-Up #1 will receive the same private claim link and have 24 hours to respond.
If unclaimed again, the prize transfers to Runner-Up #2 under the same process.
This structured system ensures a fair and timely distribution with no delays.
5. HOW CLAIMING WORKS
If selected, you will receive a private claim link via text at 12PM Saturday.
You must complete the claim form within 24 hours.
Failure to claim within the 24-hour window results in forfeiture and automatic transfer to the next selected name.
There are no extensions.
6. WINNER ANNOUNCEMENT & TRANSPARENCY
The winner and runner-ups will be:
• Notified via text
• Announced publicly on Instagram
This ensures full transparency and prevents delays in the claiming process.
7. WINNER PRIZE FULFILLMENT
If selected as the Grand Prize Winner and located within California, you may choose:
Option 1:
Pick up your Puffco Proxy in-store at any Rebud location.
Option 2:
Schedule a personal delivery from the Rebud team to your home.
(24-hour advance scheduling required.)
Winner Content Participation:
We may request permission to record the prize reveal.
You may:
• Allow video recording
• Allow still photos
• Decline both
Participation in filming is completely optional and does not affect eligibility.
8. ELIGIBILITY
Must be 21+ and a California resident. If out of state winner is picked we will talk with you privetly.
Valid government-issued ID required at time of prize transfer.
Odds of winning depend on total number of qualifying entries and chance.
